Christine James, DO, is a board-certified forensic pathologist. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She received a Master's degree in biological science from Duquesne University. She received her doctorate from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed a residency program for anatomic and clinical pathology at West Virginia University, followed by a fellowship in forensic pathology at the Allegheny County Medical Examiner's Office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She served as Associate Medical Examiner for the State of New Hampshire and Deputy Medical Examiner for Johnson County, Kansas before taking a faculty position at Western Michigan University Homer Stryker M.D. School of Medicine.
