If you are interested in obtaining a copy of an autopsy or postmortem examination report, please fill out the request form below and we will send the report to you by email as soon as it becomes available. Most often, reports take between 60 and 90 days to prepare. Complex cases may require extended time frames. Please note that cases under active law enforcement investigation may not be released until the law enforcement investigation has concluded.
